Over the last decade of having the oppoprtunity to help a wide variety of families sell and buy homes all over the Twin Cities, I’ve had the chance to build many new friendships and referral partners through the process. It’s truly been an amazing, humbling, and rewarding experience to say the least. Over time I’ve noticed that in the early stages of the process, when I’m first being introduced to someone, their are usually two different needs that a potential client has upfront before they decide to work with me. Some people ONLY want data and relevant stats like my years of experience, past sales volume, detailed marketing plan, etc. Others first care more about who I actually am, if they can they trust me, and if they’re comfortable on a personal level. So what’s my solution?.
As a way to be transparent and provide a valuable tool in this ‘getting to know you’ stage, I’ve created a new website for my real estate business that is focused on the hard stats and results of working with me (www.DavidOlsonRealEstate.com) AND another equal part that gives a glimpse at the more personal side of my life, who I am, my passions, personality, and valuable life experiences that have shaped me (www.LifeInTheTwinCities.com). I hope to make even stronger connections, answer important questions, and stay connected as our lives keeps changing. Hope to continue to stay in touch and learn together what it means ‘living the great life.’ David Olson
